SCANAPP DEVICES AND ACCESSORIES PROCUREMENT

Topanga can procure, configure and ship refurbished ScanApp devices for you as a courtesy. These will be billed per device. Topanga does not own these devices and they do not come with a warranty. Topanga is not responsible for ScanApp devices that become damaged or stop working.

SCANAPP DEVICE SET UP

  • ScanApp devices must be connected to power and network at all times. WiFi connectivity is preferred:

    • Non-guest wifi that does not require browser based authentication.

    • If WiFi is not an option, devices can function on cellular plans set up and managed by your IT Department or devices can be connected directly to ethernet.

      • Linked HERE is an adapter clients have used.

  • Every device needs the TOPANGA SCANAPP. The Topanga ScanApp is downloadable from the Google Play Store for free and is compatible with any android device.

  • We recommend putting device management software on all devices.

  • If you are procuring a device to be set up on Topanga’s device management software, Hexnode, please follow the below:

RETURN BIN PROCUREMENT

RETURN BIN OPERATIONS

  • Return bins need to be emptied regularly and placed where users can easily access them:

    • Return bins must be emptied at least once per day.

    • Return bins must be placed in locations that users frequent, can be accessed 24/7, and can be easily accessed by operators who are emptying the bins.

    • Return bins must be placed next to waste receptacles for easy visibility, clear distinction from trash bins, and convenient container emptying.

DRYING RACK PROCUREMENT (optional)

  • If you want to purchase drying racks to accommodate the influx in reusable containers, here is an option: CAMBRO DOME DRYING RACK
