Dashboard 102: Canceling a Rental

In this video, our VP of Design Hayley Bance will walk through how to cancel a rental using the Topanga Dashboard.

Canceling a rental means the user will not be liable for any penalties associated with not returning the rented container on time. If you cancel a rental while it's currently "In-progress" (i..e the rental window has not closed), no additional actions or reminders will trigger for that rental.
